a large lounge area with doors opening onto a sun-drenched patio area.
Adjacent to the lounge there is a dining area and open plan kitchen, which is finished to the highest standard.
Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom (which currently serves as a second television lounge) which has an ensuite bathroom, and an utility room leading onto the main hallway and stairwell which also has a separate W.C. next to it.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, all of which are ensuite, the master bedroom opens onto a large balcony with stunning views over the resort and La Gomera, whilst the second bedroom shares the same view with a smaller balcony.
The third bedroom has views over the pool and mountains from another balcony. All the bedrooms have substantial built in storage and wardrobes, whilst the master bedroom has a walk-in dressing room.
The Villa is set in it's own secure private grounds, the exterior flooring is a mixture of tiling and tastefully laid artificial grass.
The private heated pool has a sun area and jacuzzi, and there is a large exterior lounge area for dining or social gatherings, enhanced or course by the exquisite panorama of South Tenerife and the Island of La Gomera.
