I was never left with a feeling of " I must make a decision or I will lose out". No pressure was applied and if I was being "closed" I was not aware of it in a "Sales" way. I feel that I am able to ask for help on other issues, and will be helped. Having been out twice with both proprietor and Sales staff and NOT purchased a thing, I was still shown the same courtesy and interest on subsequent outings.
