Package exclusively available to clients of “La Crème de la Crème”
In the La Crème de la Crème division of Clear Blue Skies Group S.L., we know that clients who are interested in buying high value properties, require special treatment when they arrive here in Tenerife, so we have introduced a special package, available only to “La Crème de la Crème” clients. The package, in a nutshell, is as follows.
We will offer the possibility of staying in our luxury villa (click here for more information) in Adeje Golf (normal cost from £1145 and subject to availability) for 25% off the normal cost. Should you decide to buy a property from us, from the “La Crème de la Crème” website, we will return a full weeks rent to you.
We will offer to pick you up on arrival and departure from your accommodation and take you to your hotel or Villa.
We promise to take you to view your selected properties in a Jaguar, BMW, or 4x4 Jeep. We will pick you up punctually, and the expected duration of the visits will be given to you before leaving.
Should you decide to buy a property from us from the “La Crème de la Crème website”, we will provide the services of a Solicitor, Laura Carpintero, lead partner of “Carpintero y Asociados” entirely at our cost. Should you wish to use another Solicitor, we will pay 1200€ towards your legal costs.
It is very important in Spain to have the title to water and electricity changed into your name, and to be properly registered with the town hall and the community if applicable. We will provide the services of Nicolette Angi, lead partner of Servoline S.L. a specialist company in this area, entirely at our cost.
As this will be a very important purchase for you and your family, we will arrange for you to have wills either drawn up or if you have existing wills, checked, entirely at our cost. Should you wish to have this done by your own solicitor, we will contribute up to 500€ towards this cost.
Finally, but most important of all is a service we provide to all clients, regardless of the value of the property they purchase, and that is our guarantee of complete, 100% honesty throughout our relationship with you. We believe that honesty is the only policy, and we see our competitors, many of whom who bend the rules to get a sale, being caught every day. You will be given the truth, the whole truth, on every occasion, and you have my word on that. I have responsibility for compliance by our Sales Advisers and we rigorously uphold this principle as part of our Code of Ethics which you can read in our Ethics Statement (click here for more information).
